How to prepare your tea
*All teas can be slightly sweetened with honey or agave if desired*
Elderberry MUST be boiled for 20 minutes MINIMUM
Boil 1 tbsp herbs with 2 cups water
Cover
Reduce heat to medium-low
Cook for 20 minutes or longer
Strain
Enjoy 2-3x/day - am, midday, pm
Bring herbs & water to a boil
Cover
Turn off heat
Strain after 7 minutes
Enjoy 2-3x/day - am, midday, pm
Bring herbs & water to a boil
Reduce heat to low
Cover
Strain after 10 minutes
Enjoy 2-3 hours before bed
Add 1 tbsp Koffee to 2 cups of boiling water
Boil for 3 minutes
Stir
Strain
Enjoy as you would
Can enjoy with non-dairy creamer
Enjoy 2-3 tbsp on empty stomach upon rising
Fresh up to 10 days
